ウチのスタッフに言わせると「１年中引いている」イメージなんだそうで、
自己管理がなってない！と言わざるを得ません。
どこぞの大臣のように、薬と酒の飲み合わせでもしようかと思ったのですが、
体調の悪い時には酒なんか飲みたくありません。
夕飯を食べたら、さっさと寝るのが一番です。
ラッキーだったのが、昨日が休診日だったこと。
流行のインフルエンザも年末に済ませました。
38度超えの熱はさすがに辛かったですが、タミフルが効きました。
もし開業してから…と思うと青くなります。５日間の休診だったことでしょう。
インフルエンザにしても家族全員予防接種をして、
罹患したのは次男と私の二人だけ。
やっぱり弱っちい体質なんでしょうね。

歯科医は細かい治療で集中力を必要とするお仕事ですので大変だと思います。治りが早いのはやはり若さでしょう。
ところで、カービングスキーとは何でしょう？スキーですか、初めて聞いた言葉です。３０年以上もスキーに触れていない生活をしています。
前回の写真では青空と雪化粧したリンゴの木が美しく、今回の写真は診療室の外は林？と思える程の静寂感が漂い、見ていて心が落ち着きます。

カービングスキーとは、10年くらい前から普及してきたスキー板です。従来のスキー板より短く、前と後ろの部分が幅広になっています。
非常に曲がりやすいスキーで、クルマに例えると、マニュアル車（従来のスキー）とオートマ車（カービングスキー）くらい違う、と言われています。
しかし上手に滑らせるにはそれなりの技術が必要で、古臭い滑りのクセを直すのに苦労しています。
まさに診療室の外は林なんです。よ～く見ると、新芽が出ている枝もあり、春はすぐそこです。
